Collection notice. Zevuniq collects the personal information in this application: your contact details, date of birth, driver licence and photo ID and, where you tell us, criminal convictions, driving offences, insurance history and medical conditions that may affect your driving. We use it to verify your identity, assess your application, arrange insurance cover and prepare your agreement. If you don't provide it, we can't process your application. We share it only as needed with our insurer and, with your consent, with identity-verification services that check documents with the issuer. It is stored with our secure cloud service providers and accessed only by authorised Zevuniq staff. To access or correct your information, or to make a privacy complaint, email admin@zevuniq.com.au.
